1. Smooth operation with high precision
Stability is often reflected as low mechanical vibration, low noise, and so on. Vibration and noise usually come from the motor, so for B&R automation systems, the smoother the motion curve, the lower the vibration and noise. It should be noted that the operation of the B&R automation system differs from a traditional PLC with a driver. When using a B&R ACOPOS servo drive for the automation system, an external encoder can be directly connected to the second encoder interface of the servo drive, which allows the following relationships to be realized within the driver. Another PLC will have to connect this external encoder to the I/O module, which will be scanned by the PLC tasks. The direct advantage of this is a faster response speed, which allows for higher precision when cutting closed contours.
4. Easy application
